Plamen Dimitrov has about 30 years of experience in the world of work. He has occupied leadership positions at national and international level and has been called upon to manage complex processes of economic change and situations of considerable political sensitivity nationally and internationally.
He has worked at all trade union levels: he has served the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB) in senior positions and occupied posts of key administrative and political responsibility in the Confederation’s regional structures. In these different capacities he has demonstrated real and consistent commitment to the organization’s values and objectives.
