Ms. Celine Moyroud (France) was appointed as UNDP Resident Representative for Lebanon in May 2019.

Prior to this appointment, Celine was the Country Director at UNDP Lebanon in Beirut, since July 2017, and served as the UNDP Resident Representative a.i. since December 2018. She served as a Senior Programme Advisor in UNDP’s Regional Bureau for the Arab States (2012-2017), the CPR Programme Manager in UNDP Lebanon (2009-2012), and Conflict Prevention Advisor in UNDP’s Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery (2003-2009).

Celine holds a master’s degree in international Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. She also holds a “Maitrise Sciences et Techniques Juristes Economistes Trilingues” from the Pierre Mendès-France University, Grenoble, France. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
